What does my player receive?
Axis brings skill sessions, strength work, film and recruiting resources into one portal. Axis Select adds 1-on-1 mentorship and 24/7 private messaging with your assigned mentor. Ask questions anytime, with replies within two business days. Your membership includes a personalized annual development plan, 5 private mentor calls and 2 individual film reviews per year, plus personal recruiting guidance and the recruiting workspace.
How does it fit alongside team practice?
Axis is individual training and learning outside the team environment. Use the shared schedule as a starting point and choose sessions around school, team commitments and recovery. Discuss the overall workload with the player's coach.
Where does a player start?
Complete the player profile in Start Here, with a parent or guardian helping if needed. Then open the weekly schedule and a first session. Age is collected during setup for strength programming.
Is 1-on-1 mentorship part of every membership?
1-on-1 mentorship is part of Axis Select, alongside an individual development plan, film reviews and personal recruiting guidance. The base Axis plan provides the training and resource libraries. The WhatsApp community is included in both memberships. Join from Start Here.
What community and messaging access is included?
The WhatsApp community is included in both memberships. Share training questions, recruiting information and updates from participating mentors. Join through Player setup. Message your assigned mentor 24/7 with any questions about your game, training, film, recruiting or next steps. Replies within two business days.
How can we understand their progress?
Review completed sessions, logged workouts and the player's streak together in the portal. Select players can message their assigned mentor anytime with questions about their development, with replies within two business days. There is no separate parent login.
Who are the mentors?
Read the mentor profiles for names, backgrounds and roles. Individual support depends on the membership and available mentor roster.
What recruiting help is included?
Start recruiting preparation at Intermediate and build on it at Advanced. Recruiting resources are available at every level in both memberships. Both plans include resources for outreach, highlights, preparation and recruiting timelines. Select adds personal recruiting guidance during mentor calls and a workspace with program contacts and outreach tools. Axis does not guarantee scholarships or placements.
